RCA is a problem solving process forconducting an investigation into an identified incident,problem, concern or nonconformityRCAis a completely separate process to incidentmanagement and immediate corrective action, althoughthey are often completed in close proximity.This course provides knowledgeand skill to manageincidents, with specific emphasis on the identification ofthe root causes and the RCAM (root cause analysismethod), take corrective action and implement controlmeasures to prevent the reoccurrence of incidents.

The objective of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of a LMS based on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (or equivalent) and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011 and to contribute to the continual improvement of the MS. The course refers to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 as the management system standard that provides the context for internal audit. However, this course does not address ISO/IEC 17025:2017 in detail.

The purpose of this course is to equip learners with the competence to plan how to implement ISO/IEC 17025:2017 within a test or calibration laboratory and develop a Laboratory Management System (LMS) meeting the requirements of the standard.The course comprises of a series of practical modules providing examples on how to implement various aspects of the system.

The objective of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to better understand the requirements of ISO 22000:2018, for the effective implementation and maintenance of a FSMS within an organisation and to contribute to its continual improvement.
