About this course
Effective investigation, recording, and reporting of
nonconformities are an important part of an effective
SHE programme. RCA is a problem solving process for
conducting an investigation into an identified incident,
problem, concern or nonconformity
RCA
is a completely separate process to incident
management and immediate corrective action, although
they are often completed in close proximity.
This course provides knowledge
and skill to manage
incidents, with specific emphasis on the identification of
the root causes and the RCAM (root cause analysis
method), take corrective action and implement control
measures to prevent the reoccurrence of incidents.
