Das Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz (HinSchG) ist am 2. Juli 2023 in Kraft getreten!Es soll den Schutz hinweisgebender Personen und sonstiger von einer Meldung betroffener Personen sicherstellen. Mit dem Gesetz wird die Whistleblower-Richtlinie der EU in deutsches Recht umgesetzt.Das HinSchG bezieht sich auf Whistleblowing im beruflichen Kontext. Dabei geht es um die Bereitstellung von Meldewegen für Arbeitnehmer sowie den Schutz von Hinweisgebern vor arbeitsrechtlichen Konsequenzen. Betroffen sind zunächst folgende Unternehmen: Arbeitgeber mit 50 – 249 Beschäftigten sind verpflichtet, bis zum 17. Dezember 2023 interne Meldestellen einzurichten.Für Arbeitgeber mit mindestens 250 Beschäftigten gilt diese Pflicht bereits ab dem 2. Juli 2023.Die VIWIS GmbH hat zum Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz eine Sensibilisierungsschulung entwickelt, die bei allen Mitarbeitenden eingesetzt werden kann.Was wird genau geschult – Lernziele kurz im Überblick:Hintergründe/grundlegende Funktion des HinschG kennenlernen und verstehen.Ausgewählte Aspekte z.B. Verstöße, Meldewege kennen.Den Verfahrensablauf einer Meldung grundlegend kennen.Die prozessualen Umsetzungen im Unternehmen kennen.

The Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains, in Germany known as Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG), is intended to make companies more accountable for ensuring that value chains are fair. This includes respecting human rights and protecting the environment along global value chains. Case studies, handouts (checklists, documentation) and tests ensure that what is learned is varied and sustainable.The training on the Supply Chain Act was designed in cooperation with VIWIS and the legal department of Schüco International KG.The following learning objectives are achieved in the e-learning:Get to know and understand the background/basic function of the LkSG.Know (and if necessary also understand) selected aspects e.g. environment or human rightsSensitize employees to the basic due diligence requirements fundamentallythe special feature: present and communicate individual procedural implementations in the company, which can be integrated in the learning program
