Das Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG) ist am 1. Januar 2023 in Kraft getreten!Es soll Unternehmen stärker in die Pflicht nehmen, Wertschöpfungsketten fair auszugestalten. Dazu gehören die Achtung von Menschenrechten sowie der Schutz der Umwelt entlang globaler Wertschöpfungsketten. Fallbeispiele, Handouts (Checklisten, Dokumentationen) und Tests gewähren die Abwechslung und Nachhaltigkeit des Gelernten.Das Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz (HinSchG) ist am 2. Juli 2023 in Kraft getreten!Es soll den Schutz hinweisgebender Personen und sonstiger von einer Meldung betroffener Personen sicherstellen. Mit dem Gesetz wird die Whistleblower-Richtlinie der EU in deutsches Recht umgesetzt. Das HinSchG bezieht sich auf Whistleblowing im beruflichen Kontext. Dabei geht es um die Bereitstellung von Meldewegen für Arbeitnehmer sowie den Schutz von Hinweisgebern vor arbeitsrechtlichen Konsequenzen. Die Schulungen werden in Kooperation mit VIWIS bereitgestellt.

The course consists of two separate eLearning modules:1.   Integrated Management Sytems - IntroductionThis will familiarise you with the process of how to implement a common set of procedures using an integrated management system process based on the framework and requirements of each standard.2.   Integrated Management Systems - Internal AuditorLearn how to conduct an internal audit of an IMS based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 so that you can report on the effectiveness of the management systems implementation in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 as applicable.Completion criteria: learners will be required to complete the entire course and gain a pass mark of 70% or more in the final assessment.   Upon successful completion learners will be able to download a certificate of completion.You will be granted 12 months access to this course, effective from the date of purchase.In this course you will learn:How to integrate a common set of procedures using an integrated management systemThe requirements of a QMS, EMS and OH&S management system using the ISO framework and PDCA cycleThe appropriate method to integrate the standards into your organisationAudit types and the principles of auditingHow to plan, conduct, report and follow up an audit of an Integrated Management System (IMS) to establish conformity (or otherwise) with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 (and ISO/IEC 17021-1 where appropriate.The course is designed for quality, environmental and health and safety professionals who have an understanding of management systems.Before starting this course it is recommended that learners have the following prior knowledge:understanding of the purpose of management systems and internal audits
