Das Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG) ist am 1. Januar 2023 in Kraft getreten!Es soll Unternehmen stärker in die Pflicht nehmen, Wertschöpfungsketten fair auszugestalten. Dazu gehören die Achtung von Menschenrechten sowie der Schutz der Umwelt entlang globaler Wertschöpfungsketten. Fallbeispiele, Handouts (Checklisten, Dokumentationen) und Tests gewähren die Abwechslung und Nachhaltigkeit des Gelernten.Das Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz (HinSchG) ist am 2. Juli 2023 in Kraft getreten!Es soll den Schutz hinweisgebender Personen und sonstiger von einer Meldung betroffener Personen sicherstellen. Mit dem Gesetz wird die Whistleblower-Richtlinie der EU in deutsches Recht umgesetzt. Das HinSchG bezieht sich auf Whistleblowing im beruflichen Kontext. Dabei geht es um die Bereitstellung von Meldewegen für Arbeitnehmer sowie den Schutz von Hinweisgebern vor arbeitsrechtlichen Konsequenzen. Die Schulungen werden in Kooperation mit VIWIS bereitgestellt.
