About this course
This course aims to provide executives, management, directors and all persons involved in the management and control and health, safety and environmental issues in the workplace with an overview, knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities of management in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1993 (OHSAct).
Note that this course does not provide competence in the application of the requirements of the OHSAct, but only provide the learner with a fundamental understanding of the requirements and the responsibilities of management and other stakeholders in the workplace.
