About this course
This course is designed to equip participants with an understanding of requirements for the transition, implementation, design and maintenance for an effective programme in line with ISO 22002-100:2025, with Guidance for use for ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 V7.
These standards are crucial in implementing practices which address the role the production environment plays in producing safe food products. Coupled with the principles of HACCP as defined by the Codex Alimentarius Commission, this makes for the bases of an effective and well-structured FSMS.
