About this course
RCA is a problem
solving process for conducting an
investigation into an identified incident, problem,
concern, or non conformity.
RCA is a completely separate process to incident
management and immediate corrective action, although
they are often completed in close proximity.
The purpose of this course is to provide delegates with
knowledge and skill to manage incidents, with specific
emphasis on the identification of the root causes and
applying the RCAM (root cause analysis method), taking
corrective action, and implementing control measures to
prevent the reoccurrence of incidents.
