The objective of this course is to provide learners who have an existing basic knowledge of, or experience in, quality management with an understanding of the management systems approach and the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and to provide a basis for those who wish to go on to complete QMS auditor training courses.This course also provides learners with an overview of the purpose and requirements of ISO 9001:2015 as a tool for business improvement. However, this course does not address ISO 9001:2015 in detail. 

Food Safety Equipment Management is a strategic and systematic approach to identifying, preventing, and minimizing cross-contamination and other foodborne hazards. It provides a basis for the effective management of an organisation’s food safety responsibilities. The fundamental goal of an organisation is to ensure that food production and provision is safe and of a sufficiently high quality.This course aims to familiarise you with the fundamentals of food safety equipment management.

UPON COMPLETION OF THIS COURSE,LEARNERS WILL BE ABLE TO:• Explain the purpose of an OHSmanagement system and thebusiness and societal benefi ts ofimproving OHS performance;• Explain the role of an auditor to plan,conduct, report and follow-up anOHS management system audit inaccordance with ISO 19011 and ISO17021-1 where appropriate;• Plan, conduct, report and follow-upan audit of an OHS managementsystem to establish conformity (orotherwise) with ISO 45001:2018 andin accordance with ISO 19011 (andISO/IEC 17021-1 where appropriate).Learners will need to demonstrateacceptable performance in all of theseareas in order to complete the course suc-cessfully.

The purpose of this course is to provide you with the competence and a framework to help in developing, implementing and maintaining an effective Environmental Management System while meeting the ISO 14001:2015 requirements.  This course aims to provide insight into the steps needed for the implementation of the ISO 14001:2015 as well as transition from ISO 14001:2004 to ISO 14001:2015. You are expected to have a basic knowledge of the ISO 14001 standards equivalent to attendance on the SGS ISO Awareness Training Courses.

The purpose of this course is to provide learners who have an existing, basic knowledge of, or  experience in, Energy management with an understanding of the management systems approach and the requirements of ISO 50001, and to provide a basis for learners who wish to implement an Energy Management System.
