ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety courses

This course aims to provide you with a practical approach to the use of auditing as a tool to help achieve an Integrated Management System (IMS). It approaches the integration of management systems from a risk-based approach, encouraging learners to take the broadest possible view of the processes in their organisation and the related risks, opportunities and occupational risks that need to be identified, controlled and managed. It also considers the implications of a multi-standard certification and develops the basis for an integrated approach to management systems auditing.

This course aims to provide insight into the steps needed and the process of how to implement a common set of procedures using an integrated management system based on the framework and requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001

The purpose of this Module is to equip participants with an understanding of the learning objectives relating to ISO 45001: 2018. The New ISO Standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems – Requirements, with Guidance for Use.

This course aims to provide you with the competence and a framework to help in developing, implementing and maintaining an effective Integrated Management System while meeting the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 requirements. This course provides insight into the steps needed for the implementation as well as fundamental practices and actions needed to address core subject areas of integrated management systems.

This course provides all persons who have occupationalhealth and safety responsibilities with the necessarycompetency to demonstrate the application of healthand safety legislation relevant to the duties andresponsibilities of an occupational health and safetyrepresentative (hereinafter referred to as H&S Rep).This course will also enable you to identify, evaluate andrecord health and safety hazards in your designated workarea and to evaluate the risk to operational tasks andprocesses in the work environment.It will also equip you with the necessary competence toconduct inspections and equipment checks in theworkplace, to identify deviations and record the findingsfor submission to the health and safety committee.
