COURSE DESCRIPTION

Learn how to conduct an internal audit of an IMS based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 45001:2018 so that you can report on the effectiveness of the management systems implementation following ISO 19011:2018 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 as applicable.

This course consists of two separate eLearning modules:

• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Introduction
• Integrated management systems Internal Auditor

OBJECTIVES

On completion of this course, delegates will have an awareness of:

• Integrate a standard set of procedures using an integrated management system
• Understand the requirements of a QMS, EMS and OH&S management system using the ISO framework and PDCA cycle
• Recognise the appropriate method to incorporate the standards into your organisation
• Plan an internal audit of an Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 45001:2018 following ISO 19011:2018 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 as applicable by using the auditing principles
• Verify that the organisation is compliant with relevant policies, procedures and associated documents by gathering objective evidence and using appropriate sampling techniques
• Manage the roles and responsibilities of the audit team members to ensure the audit is conducted effectively
• Report on the effectiveness of the management system implementation

• Before starting this course it is recommended that learners understand the purpose of management systems and internal audits.
