The logistics sector, encompassing warehousing, transportation, and fleet operations, is the backbone of the global economy. However, it is also one of the most hazardous industries, particularly in areas such as transportation, material handling, and warehouse operations, second to construction. While traditional safety programs focus on compliance with regulations, a staggering number of these incidents are linked to human behaviour. Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) offers a proactive, systematic, and data-driven approach that moves beyond simple compliance. It analyzes the actions people take, examines the underlying reasons for those actions, and utilizes research-backed interventions to improve safety behaviors.

This training program will delve into the core principles of BBS, focusing on observation, coaching, and reinforcement of safe practices within the unique context of logistics, with an aim to lower hazards, risks, and incidents. Recognizing the transformative potential of modern technology, this program integrates the power of Artificial Intelligence to revolutionize how BBS initiatives are measured and managed. By leveraging AI for automated data collection, advanced analytics, and streamlined reporting, logistics organizations can shift from basic tracking to an intelligent, proactive, and predictive approach to safety, leading to more effective interventions and a stronger, more resilient safety culture.
