About this course
The international environmental management standard ISO 14001 is currently undergoing revision. With the publication of the Final Draft International Standard (FDIS) in January 2026 and the final standard expected to be released later in April 2026, organisations will soon need to align their environmental management systems with the updated requirements.
This training provides a concise and practical overview of the planned changes in ISO 14001:2026 (based on the current draft). We explain the background and drivers of the revision, highlight the key focus areas, and offer concrete guidance on how to prepare your environmental management system early. Since the FDIS typically undergoes only editorial adjustments, you can already begin planning and ensure your system is future‑proof.
