- Interpret and apply the requirements of ISO/FDIS 9001:2026, Clauses 4 to 10.
- Apply the implementation requirements of ISO/FDIS 9001:2026.
- Learners will need to demonstrate acceptable performance in these areas to complete the course successfully.

SESSION ONE: Introduction to Quality Management Systems (QMS)
SESSION TWO: ISO/FDIS 9001:2026 Structure
SESSION THREE: Interpretation of Clauses 4 to 10 of ISO/FDIS 9001:2026
SESSION FOUR: Implementation Guidance for ISO/FDIS 9001:2026
Prior Knowledge:
It will benefit learners if they have knowledge of the following principles and concepts:
- Management Systems:
– Understand the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.
- Quality Management:
– A basic knowledge of the concepts of quality management and the relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction.
– Understand commonly used quality management terms and definitions, as provided in ISO 9000.

On completion of this course learners will be issued with a “Certificate of Completion”.
