Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the context of the Australian cold chain industry and its relevant stakeholders.
- Apply leadership and planning principles to a Cold Chain Management System (CCMS).
- Systematically plan for the identification and mitigation of cold chain hazards and risks.
- Manage the support functions necessary for a CCMS, including competence, communication and documented information.
- Implement operational controls, performance evaluation, and continual improvement processes within a CCMS.
- Implement a CCP-focused framework for cold chain operations.
- Define and execute a tiered, policy-driven decision-making and escalation protocol for cold chain breaches.
Learners will need to demonstrate acceptable performance in these areas to complete the course successfully.
On completion of this course learners will be issued with a “Certificate of Successful Completion.”
