The aim of this course is to provide participants with an overview of changes from ISO 9001:2015 to ISO/FDIS 9001:2026
This course has been developed in alignment with the ISO/FDIS 9001:2026 standard and may be subject to editorial updates. Learners attending an SGS ISO/FDIS 9001:2026 course will be notified of any changes upon the official publication of ISO 9001:2026.
PRIOR KNOWLEDGE
Before starting this course, it is recommended that participants have prior knowledge of the:
- Management systems and understand the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle
- Concepts of quality management and the relationship between organisation’s activities, products and services
- Commonly used quality management terms and definitions, as given in ISO 9001:2015
