The PECB Lead Crisis Manager training course helps participants develop their competence to support an organization in planning, establishing, maintaining, reviewing, and continually improving its strategic crisis management capability based on the guidelines of ISO 22361 and other best practices. It also provides information regarding the fundamental concepts and principles of crisis management and the effective establishment and implementation of a crisis management framework.
In addition to the explanation of the theoretical concepts related to crisis management, the training course provides practical examples and scenario-based quizzes that will help you reinforce your knowledge and prepare you for real-life scenarios concerning crisis management.,
Certification
After successfully passing the exam, you can apply for one of the following credentials with PECB. You will receive the certificate once you comply with all the requirements related to your selected credential.
- PECB Certified Provisional Crisis Manager
- PECB Certified Crisis Manager
- PECB Certified Lead Crisis Manager
- PECB Certified Senior Lead Crisis Manager

General information
- Participants will receive comprehensive training materials, compromising more than 400 pages of content, including practical examples, exercises, and quizzes.
- Learners may reach out to PECB to request the Attestation of Course Completion as proof of taking the course, this can be requested before taking the exam or after and is worth 16 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits.
- Candidates who complete the training but do not pass the exam can retake the exam at no additional cost within a 12-month period from the initial exam date

To fully benefit from this training course, participants should have a fundamental understanding of of crisis management concepts, framework, and process.
