Level 1, basis en introductieMet ISO 9001 kan uw organisatie haar betrokkenheid bij kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid aan tonen.In deze training doen de deelnemers kennis op over managementsystemen en de vereisten van ISO 9001.Hierbij wordt uitgelegd wat het doel is van een kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Level 2, planning en implementatieDe trainer neemt, in deze 1-daagse training, het gehele traject van een interne audit met de deelnemer door. Daarbij doen de deelnemers vaardigheden op die nodig zijn bij het uitvoeren van interne audits. En krijgen ze meer inzicht in taken, verantwoordelijkheden en bevoegdheden in hun rol als interne auditor.De training is gebaseerd op de ISO 19011, dit is de richtlijn voor het uitvoeren van audits van managementsystemen. Daarmee is deze training van toepassing op alle managementsystemen.
