  1. Quick review of Annex SL and High Level Structure ;
  2. Scope and structure of ISO 9001:2015;
  3. Discuss key differences in ISO 9001:2015 to ISO 9001:2008;
  4. Roadmap to transition arrangement of QMS certification;

 Upon completion of this course, Learners  will be able to:

  • Have an awareness of the changes arising as a result of amendments to the quality management system (QMS) specific content of ISO 9001:2015;
  • Know and understand the requirements of ISO 9001:2015;
