At SGS-TÜV Saar, we have developed a two-level qualification programme for this purpose. Following successful completion of this qualification programme, the SGS-TÜV Saar seal in a certificate will certify to the participant that he/she is a Process Industry Functional Safety Professional (PIFSP).Our training courses take place with a minimum of three registered participants. Durch die Norm ISO 26262 werden Sicherheitsanalysen entsprechend dem angestrebten ASIL gefordert. So ist spätestens ab ASIL C eine deduktive Analyse notwendig. Im Automobilbereich hat sich diesbezüglich die Methode der Fehlerbaumanalyse (FTA) etabliert.Unsere Trainings finden ab drei angemeldeten Teilnehmern statt, Sie erhalten ca. 4 Wochen vor dem Training eine Anmeldebestätigung. Online Schulungen finden über MS Teams statt.Das Aufzeichnen und Vervielfältigen von Schulungen ist nicht gestattet. Bei Zuwiderhandlung behalten wir uns vor rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

Wir qualifizieren Sie oder Ihre Mitarbeiter für die Arbeit mit der Funktionalen Sicherheit. Dafür haben wir vom SGS-TÜV Saar ein zweistufiges Qualifizierungsprogramm ausgearbeitet. Nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss der Qualifikation bestätigt das SGS-TÜV Saar-Siegel in einem Zertifikat dem Absolventen, dass er Professional für Funktionale Sicherheit in der Prozess Industrie ist.

Die Deponieverordnung, die Ersatzbaustoffverordnung und die Bundes-Bodenschutzverordnung verlangen unter anderem, dass die Probenahme nur von Personen durchgeführt wird, die über die Fach- bzw. Sachkunde nach LAGA-Richtlinie PN 98 verfügen. Die Fachkunde ist mindestens alle 5 Jahre durch eine Schulung oder Weiterbildung aufrecht zu erhalten.Aufbauend auf der LAGA-Richtlinie PN 98 wurde die Normenreihe DIN 19698 erarbeitet. Wir vermitteln Ihnen in unserem Probenahmelehrgang die Sachkunde nach DIN 19698 und nach der LAGA-Richtlinie PN 98.Die erworbene Bescheinigung kann u. a. Behörden und Abfallerzeugern bei Bedarf vorgelegt werden. Bei Vorliegen der benötigten Voraussetzungen für die Fachkunde bestätigen wir auch diese.SGS Institut Fresenius bietet Ihnen sowohl im Rahmen bundesweit stattfindender Schulungen als auch im Rahmen von Inhouseschulungen die Möglichkeit zum Erwerb der Fach- und Sachkunde.In einem 1-Tages-Lehrgang werden Sie mit den Grundzügen der Theorie vertraut gemacht, wenden Probenahmetechniken im praktischen Teil an und belegen Ihr Wissen in einem Abschlusstest.
