About this course
This course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Integrated Management Systems based on ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and the skills required to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2026 guidelines.
Participants will learn to evaluate the effectiveness and conformity of an IMS, ensuring compliance with applicable ISO standards while supporting risk-based thinking and continual improvement within their organizations. The course includes a blend of formal lectures, practical exercises, role-playing, group workshops, and open discussions to prepare participants for real-world internal auditing scenarios across multiple management system disciplines.
