This training aims to familiarise learners with the management responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of the ISO Management System Standards.

What you'll learn
Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to:
- Explain the concept of Plan-Do-Check-Act and its relationship with continual improvement and the management role.
- Explain the specific requirements of management in the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of a management system in accordance with ISO Standards.
- Identify the clauses of the ISO Standard that contain specific management requirements.
On completion of this course learners will be issued with a “Certificate of Successful Completion.”
Who This Course Is For
This course is designed for individuals of an organisations management team involved in the implementation, maintenance or continual improvement of an ISO management system.
Prior Knowledge
Learners are expected to have relevant management experience and a basic understanding of management systems within the scope of an ISO Standard.

Course Content
- Session One:
- An Introduction to ISO Management System Standards, including Annex SL standardisation and the PDCA process approach to continual improvement.
- Session Two:
- Clause 5 – Leadership and Clause 9 – Performance Evaluation outlining requirements and responsibilities of top management, and the relevant clauses of the Standard.
