What you'll learn
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Interpret the fundamentals of a Quality Management System (QMS).
- Interpret the changes and structure of ISO 9001:2015.
- Interpret and apply the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, clauses 4 to 10.
- Apply the implementation requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Participants will need to demonstrate acceptable performance in each of these areas in order to complete the course successfully.
Upon successful completion of the course requirements, a Certificate of Successful Completion will be issued.

This course is designed for:
- Individuals involved in the planning, maintaining, supervising or needs to understand how to implement the management system within their organisation.
NOTE: Learners are required to obtain a copy of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Standard. Learners should familiarise themselves with the standard prior to attending the training course.

- The process approach, including the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle (PDCA)
- Interpretation of ISO 9001:2015, clauses 4 to 10
- Correlation matrices, Gap Analysis/transition
- Implementation guidance for ISO 9001:2015
Prior Knowledge Requirements
It will benefit participants if they have knowledge of the following principles and concepts:
- A basic knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Management systems:
- Understand the PDCA cycle.
- Quality management:
- A basic knowledge of the concepts of quality management and the relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction.
- Understand commonly used quality management terms and definitions, as provided in ISO 9000.
