- Explain the importance of different types of leadership strategies for managing material ESG/sustainability issues
- Explain the critical role and various aspects of data management for material ESG/sustainability issues
- Explain how to adopt operational policies aligned with organisational policies
- Explain how to choose key performance indicators (KPIs) and appropriate ESG/sustainability targets
- Consider the short-, medium-, and long-term selection of programs and projects to reach ESG/sustainability targets
- Consider various approaches to finance programs and projects, and evaluate performance
On completion of this course learners will be issued with a “Certificate of Attendance.”
