ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System - Introduction eLearning Course

The purpose of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2026, report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011:2026 and to contribute to the continual improvement of the QMS.Course Content:Session One: Process-based Quality Management Systems (QMS)Session Two: Auditing for Continual ImprovementSession Three: Audit Definition and PrinciplesSession Four: Planning and Preparation for the AuditSession Five: On-site Audit ActivitiesSession Six: Audit Reporting and Follow-upSession Seven: Auditor CompetencePrior Knowledge:Knowledge of the requirementsf of ISO 9001:2026, which may be gained by completing a QMS Introduction training course or equivalent.Management systems:- Understand the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and the requirements of ISO 9001:2026.Quality Management:- A basic knowledge of the concepts of quality management and the relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction.- Interpret commonly used quality management terms and definitions, as given in ISO 9000.Course CertificationOn completion of this course learners will be issued with a “Certificate of Attendance”.
