ISO 37001:2016 - Anti-Bribery Management Systems - Implementation eLearning Course

Learn about the requirements of ISO 37001:2016 and how to plan for the implementation of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in your organisation.

The course consists of two separate eLearning modules:

1.   ISO 37001:2016 Introduction

2.   ISO 37001:2016 Implementation

Completion criteria: learners will be required to complete the entire course and gain a pass mark of 80% or more in the final assessment. Upon successful completion learners will be able to download a certificate of completion.

OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Understand the historical background of ISO 37001:2016
• Use the basic framework and structure of an Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) based on the ISO 37001:2016 standard
• Incorporate the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model and risk-based thinking into the management system processes so that you can address risks and make the most of any opportunities
• Create a culture where employees are encouraged to take an active role in saving energy and improving energy use and consumption.
• Successfully plan and implement a management system based on an ISO standard
• Manage the implementation and the project team using project management principles and techniques
• Ensure changes to processes and procedures are communicated and everyone is trained so they can support and contribute to the management system objectives
• Complete an objective evaluation of your organisation’s current performance, to ensure the processes are in place and operating as intended
• Plan and prepare activities in readiness for the certification audit
