SGS has developed this course for individuals looking to become trainers or improve their existing skills and deliver effective training sessions.
The eLearning course covers the knowledge required for a trainer to understand the fundamentals of how to plan, deliver and evaluate training.
Completion criteria: Learners will be required to complete an 85 minute eLearning course learning the fundamentals and theory of training. The SGS certificate is available to download once you have achieved a pass mark of 80% or more in the final assessment of the course.
