What you'll learn
▪ To firstly provide delegates with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify the documented information and as required by ISO 9001:2015.
▪ The course then focuses on the planning and preparation of practical useable documentation focusing on the different approaches and formats that may be used to satisfy the requirements of an ISO 9000 Quality Management System.
▪ Besides a program of lecture presentations, the course includes a variety of interactive workshops where participants go through the steps of planning and then preparing and reviewing documentation.
▪ By the end of the course delegates should be able to effectively plan and prepare for the implementation of the necessary documented information to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Who This Course Is For
Any individual who have a basic understanding of the ISO 9001 :2015 standard involved in the Planning, Preparation and or Implementation of documented information to satisfy the requirements of an ISO 9001 :2015 Quality Management System.
