HACCP MS 1480 and GMP MS 1514 are the essential requirements for birdnest producers to demonstrate compliance towards food safety & applicable statutory & regulatory requirements, both in Malaysia & export markets. The latest HACCP MS 1480:2019 and GMP MS 1514:2022 had introduced several changes which are important for birdnest producers to be kept up-to-date.
The aim of this course is to train the delegates from the currently certified birdnest producers on the key changes in HACCP MS 1480 & GMP MS 1514 to facilitate the update of HACCP and GMP Programmes effectively.
