About S-Carbon

S-Carbon is a user-friendly and powerful tool to provide a streamlined process, aiming to collect data, and quantify the majority greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for early adopters.

SOLUTION OFFERING

Service Scope

Assisting the Client in tracking and managing organisation’s majority GHG emissions.

Objective

Assisting the Client in setting up a single organisation account with a preset functionality in S-Carbon.

Enabling downstream buyers to oversee suppliers’ allocated GHG emissions for supply chain transparency enhancement.

Defining the Reporting Boundary

Specifically designed for early adopters who have a single entity that encompasses office operations or manufacturing with simple processes that mainly consume electricity and fuels for owned vehicles.

Reporting Period

Data collection and reporting periods will align with the Client’s chosen Calendar Year.

Deliverables

• Creation of ONE organisation account and ONE specific user account on S-Carbon.
• S-Carbon provides functionality for accounting, and reporting greenhouse gas emissions.
• If there is a need for additional consulting – such include training, data collection, S-Carbon tool data input in system, an additional fee would be required upon request.

Essential Package

S-Carbon, Carbon Digital Management Essential package, fee for 1 user^, 1 location

Service Scope and Remarks

This fee includes initial platform set-up (for the first reporting year only) and reporting period data processing.

Service includes: 

• Data input on a yearly basis
• Address 3 predefined emissions activities
• Sharing GHG performance with downstream buyers

Remarks: 

• ^Upgrade up to 5 additional user accounts per location for an extra $2,500.
• The subsequent subscription fee will be maintained at $2,500 per location from the second reporting year onwards.
• For any additional company account, an additional fee will be incurred.
• Any scope change after the first year, an additional charge may be required.
• Certification or on-site audits are not included in the project scope and require a separate quotation.
• Data validation is an optional item and not included in the package and requires a separate quotation.

Ideal for organisations to start the sustainability journey by consolidate core emissions data.

S-Carbon is capable of quantifying greenhouse gas emissions for various types of activities and facilities, including both direct and indirect emissions. Moreover, it allows organisations to measure emissions removals. Upgrading to full features is feasible after the completion of one reporting period.
