Die bundesweit gültige Trinkwasserverordnung wurde das letzte Mal am 20.06.2023 novelliert. Gemäß § 39 der Trinkwasserverordnung dürfen Trinkwasseruntersuchungen einschließlich der Probenahme nur noch von nach DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 akkreditierten Untersuchungsstellen durchgeführt werden.In unserem eintägigen Lehrgang machen wir Sie mit den gesetzlichen und fachlichen Grundlagen vertraut, Sie wenden Probenahmetechniken in der Praxis an und dokumentieren Ihr Wissen in einem Abschlusstest. Der Lehrgang schult die von Fachbehörden und deutscher Akkreditierungsstelle (DAkkS) vorgegebenen Mindestinhalte. Mit Ihrer erfolgreichen Teilnahme erfüllen Sie eine wichtige Voraussetzung für die behördlich anerkannte Probenahmetätigkeit.Ziel ist die Vermittlung von Grundwissen in Theorie und Praxis sowie Kenntnisse der technischen Voraussetzungen zur Probenahme nach § 42 TrinkwV. Es werden technische Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt und die Probenahme in der Praxis geübt.

Im Automobilbereich hat sich diesbezüglich die Methode der Fehlerbaumanalyse (FTA) etabliert.Unsere Trainings finden ab drei angemeldeten Teilnehmern statt, Sie erhalten ca. 4 Wochen vor dem Training eine Anmeldebestätigung. Wir qualifizieren Sie oder Ihre Mitarbeiter für die Arbeit mit der Funktionalen Sicherheit. Dafür haben wir vom SGS-TÜV Saar ein zweistufiges Qualifizierungsprogramm ausgearbeitet. Nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss der Qualifikation bestätigt das SGS-TÜV Saar-Siegel in einem Zertifikat dem Absolventen, dass er Professional für Funktionale Sicherheit in der Prozess Industrie ist.

Die Deponieverordnung, die Ersatzbaustoffverordnung und die Bundes-Bodenschutzverordnung verlangen unter anderem, dass die Probenahme nur von Personen durchgeführt wird, die über die Fach- bzw. Sachkunde nach LAGA-Richtlinie PN 98 verfügen. Die Fachkunde ist mindestens alle 5 Jahre durch eine Schulung oder Weiterbildung aufrecht zu erhalten.Aufbauend auf der LAGA-Richtlinie PN 98 wurde die Normenreihe DIN 19698 erarbeitet. Wir vermitteln Ihnen in unserem Probenahmelehrgang die Sachkunde nach DIN 19698 und nach der LAGA-Richtlinie PN 98.Die erworbene Bescheinigung kann u. a. Behörden und Abfallerzeugern bei Bedarf vorgelegt werden. Mit der Einführung der ISO PAS 21448 wurde die „Funktionale Sicherheit“ um den Aspekt der „Performance“ erweitert. Der gerade in der Entstehung befindliche „neue“ Standard ISO DIS 21448 (Draft International Standard) wird voraussichtlich in 2022/23 als reine ISO veröffentlicht werden. S1 - Introduction to Functional Safety and SOTIF + SOTIF Management & ProcessesThe training is divided into three days. At the end of the training, participants will take an online exam to demonstrate their newly acquired knowledge.
