What you'll learn
You will acquire ‘PIFSP’ (Process Industry Functional Safety Professional) expert status after having successfully passed the test following completion of the P1 Training Module. Participation in the preparatory P1 Training Module or, alternatively, an equivalent proof of training and/or project experience in Functional Safety Engineering are prerequisites for admission to the test.

We will qualify you or your staff for working with Functional Safety. At SGS-TÜV Saar, we have developed a two-level qualification programme for this purpose. Following successful completion of this qualification programme, the SGS-TÜV Saar seal in a certificate will certify to the participant that he/she is a Process Industry Functional Safety Professional (PIFSP).
Our training courses take place with a minimum of three registered participants. You will receive confirmation of your registration approximately four weeks before the training course. Online training courses take place via MS Teams.
Recording and duplicating training courses is not permitted. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of non-compliance.
