Module L1 - Overview of standards

The DIN EN 62304 standard, “Medical Devices—Software—Software Lifecycle Processes,” is becoming increasingly important as software plays a growing role in medical devices.This course covers all essential requirements of DIN EN 62304 and DIN EN 60601-1, 3rd Edition, Chapter 14. The most important requirements and their practical implementation are presented in a clear and accessible manner.Our training sessions take place with a minimum of three registered participants; you will receive a registration confirmation approximately 4 weeks before the training. Online training sessions are conducted via MS Teams.Recording and duplicating training sessions is not permitted. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to take legal action.

We qualify you or your employees to work with functional safety. To this end, we have developed a two-stage qualification programme from SGS-TÜV Saar. After successfully completing the qualification programme, the SGS-TÜV Saar seal confirms that the graduate is an expert in functional safety.
