ISO 19011:2026 provides the current guidelines for auditing management systems and forms the basis for professional internal and supplier audits.In this three-day auditor training, you will gain practical skills and competencies to systematically plan, conduct and follow up audits. You will learn how to use audits effectively as a tool to assess system performance, identify improvement opportunities and support the continuous development of your organization.A strong focus is placed on practical application: through exercises, case studies and audit simulations, you will build confidence in handling real audit situations – from preparation and execution to the evaluation of results.The training is designed to be applicable across different management system standards and can be applied to all systems based on the High Level Structure (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

This training is designed to give you the relevant skills and knowledge to carry out audits of Quality Management Systems (QMS) against the ISO 9001  requirements.
