About this course

The principle of legality obligates every natural person as well as legal entity to comply with the binding obligations applicable to them. This means that organization-related processes to ensure these requirements cannot be deselected, but they can be organized.

ISO 37301, published in April 2021, is a good aid in this regard. When applying this content, it can be assumed that the company in question has an appropriate organizational structure and process organization to ensure that its compliance obligations are met.

Building on the basic knowledge conveyed in Module 1, this advanced module focuses on conveying in-depth knowledge of ISO 37301.
