The Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains, in Germany known as Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG), is intended to make companies more accountable for ensuring that value chains are fair. This includes respecting human rights and protecting the environment along global value chains.
