Die Abgrenzung zwischen einem schwierigen Konflikt, einer Grenzverletzung und psychischer Gewalt in Form von Mobbing, Bossing oder Staffing fällt in der Praxis oft schwer. Genau hier setzt dieses Seminar an.Die Teilnehmenden entwickeln eine gemeinsame fachliche Basis: Sie lernen Eskalationsdynamiken zu erkennen, Frühwarnsignale zu identifizieren und die verschiedenen Formen psychischer Gewalt am Arbeitsplatz voneinander zu unterscheiden. Risiko- und Schutzfaktoren werden auf drei Ebenen analysiert – Beziehung, Team und Organisation.Der Praxisbezug steht im Mittelpunkt: Anhand von Fallbeispielen, Gruppenarbeit und Reflexionsübungen entwickeln die Teilnehmenden ein differenziertes Verständnis für die Übergänge von Konflikten zu Gewalt und reflektieren ihre eigene Rolle und Verantwortung als Fach- oder Führungskraft. Das Seminar bildet die Grundlage für weiterführende Maßnahmen – von vertieften Trainings bis hin zu strukturellen Veränderungen in der Organisation.
